How to reach Urbino
- By plane: the nearest air terminals are
- the Aeroporto Internazionale di Ancona (AOI) located in Falconara Marittima (AN)
- the Aeroporto Internazionale di Rimini e San Marino ‘Federico Fellini’ (RMI)
- By train and buses: the nearest railway stations to Urbino are Fano and Pesaro. From there you have to take a bus. For trains schedule please visit Trenitalia, while for buses schedule please visit Adriabus.
- By car: the most important road connections to Urbino are
- from north and south: the A14 Highway (Autostrada Adriatica Bologna-Taranto). The exit to Urbino is ‘Fano’. From there you have take the State Highway SS 73 bis.
- from west: the State Highway SS 3 bis Tiberina (Terni-Ravenna), called also E45. The exit to Urbino is ‘Gubbio’. From there you have to take the State Highway 452 della Contessa and then the State Highway SS 73 bis.
